With our own portfolio of approximately 100 properties with a total value of an estimated EUR 3.3 billion and a rentable space of more than 1.4 million square meters, we focus on selected metropolitan regions in Germany with a clear focus on the top six regions of Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart. More than 95% of our rentable space is located here.

The aim of our operating activities primarily involves the leasing and value-enhancing management of our properties. We strive to sustainably improve our range of properties and asset management services and aim to achieve consistently high quality standards for all real estate activities and the active, cooperative care of our tenants.

One of the most important foundations of these services is our extensive knowledge of the German real estate market and the resulting internal infrastructure, which we have acquired over the course of many years. OFFICEFIRST Real Estate GmbH has five local offices in the major metropolitan areas of Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Dusseldorf and Berlin and a clear allocation of regional asset managers as established partners for all issues related to rental space and individual properties.

We also aim to sustainably increase the value of our overall portfolio with consistent investments, the market-driven development of our own properties and targeted purchases. Here, too, we rely on our own resources in the fields of development and investment.
